Kids who used to be playmates are being taught racism from early on, by our school system.

A perfect example is what is occurring in Fayette County Schools.

Racism is being "taught" at several different levels in not just Fayette, but throughout the country:

  • On one level, White children "learn" that Black children are "thugs", "miscreants" and "criminals".   They are also subtly being "taught" that Black people are "stupid" (regardless of the fact that you can't learn if you aren't where things are being taught).

  • On the next level, Black children are "learning" that they are targets, that no matter how hard they try they will be screwed over by the White "system" and that White people inherently will be treated better (i.e. the true face of White Privilege).

  • On the final level, both White adults and, sadly, some Black adults are "learning" that they can get away with clear, systemic racism if the couch it in "we are protecting the children" rhetoric.

The net result is that a whole new "crop" of racists and angry "victims" are being graduated every damn year.

The only way to stop this is to shine the bright light of "Oh HELL NO!" on them and by exposing their actions.

Just be prepared to be accused of being a 'racist' for doing so.....

This held for every public school i knew as a kid and as a teacher and as an admin. The suburban Clark County (Las Vegas) schools were the worst...I left my Dean's post there when I refused to paddle teenagers w stiff boards, standard practice.
