He didn't really want the job he's got, there's no way he would willingly encumber himself with the burdens of leadership abroad.

That is who I was thinking of, as well.  She took the high ground with the Syrian refugee crisis which has cost her at home, but she is "steady on".

An interesting talk on restoring true democracy through "sortition" or random selection in choosing representatives in government.  We couldn't get worse than Trump and would eliminate "politician" as a career choice.
