That right there is a link to an Open Salon cover from its heyday.

March 31, 2009.

Look, it has Dr Amy, and a post making fun of Dr Amy.

It's got most of who we love.

You can click anywhere, and it might take you to a post.  Click the title, click a name, click a picture.

I'm enjoying rereading what of mine is there.  A lot of other things I can't bring myself to read bc the loss is so intense.

Never got over Catamite leaving the site.  Trig is gone, James is gone, Scanner is gone, Kim is gone.  Man Talk Now disappeared.  Nana in particular lost far too many.

Dakini is there.

Just thinking of all of you, missing what we had, when it was good.  Hell, right now, even when it was bad.

How are things here?

Daisy Jane, How are things here?
It feels at times like living in an old folks home seeing each other at breakfast.
We've talked about the old days at Open Salon. They were heady, fun, probably not repeatable in just that way.
I've mourned those who dropped out nearly as much as much as those who passed on.
I really value Our Salon. It gives me a place to organize my brain droppings.

I'm not sure when I discovered Open Salon.  I think it was 2009.  I saved a few posts, but I wasn't very social and it was a social media site.

Hope you can stick around.
