I like to fool around with things that are red and green this time of year.  We got the tree for two dollars at the transfer station.  It used to be a fiber optic tree but the cord is gone and we like it just the way it is.   Perfect weather here but that is nothing new.  I actually miss the orange and black of Halloween...the sunrises here are almost spooky that way.

We took a beautiful walk down by the water yesterday.  Pounding waves on flesh colored rocks.

I got nothing to say about anything.  Red and green paint mixed together make brown.  What an amazing world.  If this is all there is,  isnt that amazing enough?

Jarring to see holly berries in the Texas sun.  I remember holly from the Northwest in Seattle area growing up.  Red and green everywhere tho.

It is pretty here but so intense and my life reflects that.  Just hanging on by a thread.

The intensity sounds unpleasant.  Hoping you find some peace soon.  Meantime, so much wonderfulness to photograph, and inspiration for art.

Ohh I like your little tree! Our cats make a tree in the house impossible. Last year we hung evergreen branches on the walls and decorated those. Maybe we will do that again; I don't know yet. It's still early.
