Speechless.

Scared.

As a working-class, southern Italian faggot I have never felt in more danger.

I hear calls from the mindless mainstream media for the country to heal and unify. I won't heal. I won't unify with those who voted for the monster the mindless mainstream media helped create. This country can never be "healed" as long as racism, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, ageism, ableism, classism, etc. continue to make some of us less than second-class.

As long as there are homeless people and hungry people and those without healthcare. As long as a small percentage of the people own the country. As long as wars continue to be waged (to the tune of trillions of dollars) so the rich become richer.

As long as the environment is sacrificed for the profits of the few. As long as the police are nothing more than murderers with badges. As long as students are forced to graduate with debts on their backs while corporations and rich people pay no taxes. As long as immigrants are scapegoated. As long as prisons flourish while schools suffer.

We have a vice president who signed a bill that jails queer couples for applying for marriage licenses in Indiana. A president who had the support of the KKK and who thinks it's okay to do whatever he wants to women's bodies.

Shove your damn healing and unifying. I plan to be a thorn in this country's side until the day I die.

I've been the nail that sticks up since I was eighteen years old.  The hammer comes down but I still stick up.

SF will be the centerpiece of the resistance. Realize this, President Trump cannot even tour the City by the Bay- there is NO WAY he could set inside the county line without riots not seen since the 60s and possibly with a Watts type outcome if things get out of hand. LA and Chicago are bigger but are also bigger powderkegs. Millenials have wrought this via their youthful apathy and idealism, not the first generation to do so, but, one the hammer is about to come down in ways they never dreamed of. See you on Market st.

You can't make peace with someone while they attack you
