All Lives Matter is a little too much like advocating for rich people to get charity: too much concern about who gets help coupled with too little concern about who needs it.

need is the key.

needy are those whose needs are not met.

we ought not include those whose need is fulfilled and whose desire is rampant

in our saying

when on e  needs simple recognition in the law, when it is not recognized

even though it is nobly enshrined in Law,

that is a bad thing.

mentally ill also , are people...

and....the lives that are affected are so fragil e  sometimes...anything can harm them not just

shot unarmed. some are unhinged.

some need support.

support is mercurial, it comes and goes.

law is broken and in to the joint go alot.

1.  the trouble w it is that is assumes and in effect demands a series of symmetries, historical, economic, vis-a-vis civil authority, educational opportunity...more...that siply have never existed

2. it also is a transparent hope-against-hope sop, lobbed at people who know better, and so translates, at best,  as condescension
