Finished this today. Dunno what to call it. It's a grown up version of  Dr. Seuss's " To Think That I Saw That on Mulberry Street"

Nice! I really like the dark, the smoke swirling, the light reflecting.... just thinking how few 'night' paintings I see - and how cool yours is. But I like the dark, the night, the smoke swirling..... anyway  : )

I like this. It evokes Hopper -- and in another way, Weegee -- for me. Maybe it's the grittiness.

Thanks Kosh and Jon. The painting was inspired by a b/w photo I saw on line of a street in So. Philadelphia circa 1980.
