The March is on!!

The Marches are on!

All over the country...

It is powerful, exciting, crucially important -- for all.

I don't have Foolish Monkey's gift of narrating events, but here is the link to The Guardian's live stream of the event. Not sure how or if I could embed, but...

HERE is the door:

A big wave to my sister who is there, too.

And a shout out to all who march in cities and towns all over this country!!!

It is.

Love that there are so many men, women, all colors, ages, sizes -- passion and determination united!

...and the lovely sea of PINK.

Really important things being said.

Hey MC -- Yes it is, isn't it? -- and just as important for MEN to hear, too...

Let's hope it keeps going... when was the Occupy Movement heard from last?

Jmac, yeah, I know there are reasons to find a march an empty 'solution' -- but the message for today is for gathering momentum and enthusiasm and to stand united, to go home with determination and ORGANIZE. Run for office. Hug, support, defend your women. Whatever it is....  BE HEARD.

Thanks for coming by  : )

I wish Ashley Juddand other women like her would run for office.  ;-)

I just wish that there would have been the same "gathering momentum and enthusiasm and to stand united" when Obama and his proxies were bombing the shit out of innocent women and children in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Syria, Gaza and Yemen.

I can't help but get a sense of some sort of white, kabuki-ish "manifest destiny" entitlement because, after all, they are not "our kind" of people.

P.S.  I'd also add that if there would have been ANY KIND of support from most of these people then we would be celebrating the inauguration of President Sanders.
