My parents would have celebrated their 68th anniversary yesterday at ages 93 and 88. We got the results of Donna's cancer biopsy of her breast that day. A cancer .

   Dolorous times.

My mom survive d it i told her .I didnt mention she succumbed to liver failure

from the chemo maybe  after  she had beat the breast cancer..

   She lost her mind.

I witnessed it and it scared me and I lost her for good a few weeks later, after a week long coma.

I hope Donna doesnt end up in a coma of death.

    I lov e  her like a mom.

Her survival  rate is 100 percent for her kind of cancer, stage one, but still...i worry.

100 percent is pretty good odds.   Worry if you want to but making each moment count now is what is important.

SENT TO MY SISTER

We have had a flirtation with loss here. Donnna is diagnosed with breast cancer., She is in stage one but that could change I guess as more tests are done. She has a terrible cough all the time. Though she just had a bad cold. I had it too, still do.

We got two cats, a black and a tiny orange. the black is about 2 mo. old, born on my birthday. we named it frank, after m's dad. the other is emy after our mom. I know I know don't laugh. we continue to name our pets after dead relatives.
I miss mae sometimes.

My mom had breast cancer in her 70s. Had a mastectomy. Nothing else. No further problems from it. Died just after her 91st birthday. (90th? Don't remember. She was old.)

Wishing best possible outcomes for Donna.

Scary stuff. The odds sound good, though. Vigilance and diligence are formidable tools. I wish her well.

The kittens sound adorable!
