In the meantime, I'll be looking over all these good challenges, and especially the comments and see what I can come up with. Laterz, gaters.
ps. What do you think of my new profile pic?
I actually prefer the "smoky" one.
I'd also be leery of some of the whackadoodles around here accusing you of abusing the poor puppeth by using it for an profile pic. LOL
Well....I have some stories. Some of them could be 'funny', BUT they're more along the lines of if you don't want to cry, you have to laugh. I got this one off the face book, and it was one of the first memes I posted, when I got my first 'real' page about 8 months ago, right after the eclipse. Here's the rest of it.
That was easy. It was survey. I wouldn't want to publish my answer and bias future entries.
I tried JJ, but that is a seriously biased question along the lines of "When did you stop beating your wife?"
The reason I disagree with it is that we used to live in a city that made it illegal to smoke in public and it was a total disaster for everyone. The idiot city started ticketing people if they could even smell cigarette smoke from the sidewalk, they then got their asses sued off (it ended up costing the city a bundle!) and the fanatical anti-smoking folks got routinely hated by EVERYONE (including most non-smokers).
SBA, that's a good one! You're right. I didn't even see it that way. I'll have to tell her. Or, show her. Interesting.
They had to pick a topic for something controversial, and get data. I guess. I try to stay out of most of her stuff, now that she's in college but this one was a BITCH! She's come home in tears, with this teacher being so exacting and somewhat unreasonable.
I know what you mean though. It's odd I didn't see it that way, but now I do. I'm a smoker, okay? I've always been polite about it, and I can see where people are coming from not wanting to be around the smoke. On the same token, it is legal and the smoke doesn't travel that far outdoors to seriously cause heart attacks. I mean, we're talking in parking lots with exhaust fume from cars and then having signs at the hospitals and schools now, that you can't even smoke in the parking lot.
''If this song was made today, it would go "Vapin in the gender neutral bathroom."
I had no idea Motley Crue ever did this. It’s a Brownsville Station song. If you watch the video, you’ll see a whole lot of things you wouldn’t see on a video now.
I took the survey a couple of hours ago
k, this was the one they play on the oldies station the most, so that's the one I picked and then I liked the little play at the beginning with the dog eating the homework.
Rodney, koshersaalami, thanks for taking the survey!
I'm sitting here, in my own laundry room aka office, in Scruffy City TN, and it is definitely not a public space, and I'm smokin'...
Hot, and you and you are Not
I'm sitting here, on my own back porch aka back porch, and I'm smokin' my Arturo Fuente Opus X Petit Lancero cigar...
AM TOO HOT!!!!!
