The phrase "Res Ipsa Loquitur " is used here in strict regard to its literal Latin meaning: "The thing speaks for itself ". It is NOT used in reference to the legal principle in the law regarding negligence and matters related to the law of torts.

Flake’s issue can be ignored because “his numbers are in the tank.” What a great standard for behavior. Thanks for the juxtaposition.
