Palestine and Hawai`i have a great deal in common: economic, military, cultural apartheidism is virtually omnipresent and genocidally oppressive by real estate creation based on killing and destruction serving land thievery with impunity.

M. Alexander's comment with about 500 fb likes:

"Hawaii would do so much better without America, I feel for you Hawaiians. You were one of the top advancing nations in the world and when America took it, not only did they take your land, tried to make your culture disappear but they also made Hawaii take a few steps back. America took away the opportunity for the Hawaiian people to see what they could have become.

When you stand in Hawaii, what in gods name tells you "yeah I'm totally in America right now". You aren't in America, you are standing in the Hawaiian Kingdom, an illegally occupied nation which is a war crime. You are standing on stolen land with amazing rich history but yet a very sad history with the overthrow. My advice to visitors is to go there and be respectful to these beautiful people, they deserve no less considering everything they've been through and continue to go through. Key word "continue".

My advice to the Hawaiian people is to still have faith, I know the overwhelming majority want to be an independent nation again. There's been quite a few illegally occupied nations throughout the worlds history and some of them got to take their nation back, I hope someday you will too."

Typical fascUSt mentality is reportedly being actualized in u.s. occupation zone in Hawai'i achepeligo:

...and there's more:

Rep. Beth Fukumoto, a Hawaii lawmaker who says she was pressured to give up her leadership post at the statehouse after criticizing President Donald Trump resigned Wednesday from the Republican Party.  She said members of the GOP refused to oppose racism and sexism including a suggestion by Trump to create a Muslim registry during his campaign.

"As a Japanese-American whose grandparents had to destroy all of their Japanese artifacts and items and bury them in the backyard to avoid getting taken and interned, how could I not have said anything?" Fukumoto asked. "And how could my party have not said anything?"

Fukumoto was voted out of her post as House Minority Leader in February after calling Trump a bully in a speech at the Women's March in Honolulu, saying many of his remarks were racist and sexist and had no place in the Republican Party.

Rep. Fukumoto's seems to be not wanting to any longer be among Trump's lemmings heading for an abyss dragging us all along not so much as by their numbers as by our mostly being sufficiently unconcerned about -when not otherwise unwittingly caught up-- being in front of the turbulence of the backdraft created by their insane rush for the abyss toward which they are accelerating us all.

Apparently her departure from the stampeed --stamped down and pissed upon by steers and heifers alike-- will leave only one declared Republican in both branches of the state legislature.
