The Providence against Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the intelligence exhibited by machines or software. It is also the name of the academic field of study which studies how to create computers and computer software that are capable of intelligent behavior. Major AI researchers and textbooks define this field as "the study and design of intelligent agents",[1] in which an intelligent agent is a system that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chances of success.[2] John McCarthy, who coined the term in 1955,[3] defines it as "the science and engineering of making intelligent machines".[4]

I was listening to big Cody go on about the Matrix when a thought hit me.

Cody is Woody's poetic friend, a Falstaff. A young Falstaff. 400 lbs.

Woody is 259  lbs Cody was saying we were just artificial people having the juice sucke d out of us.

"The force! Like in Star Wars?!"  h e   cackled.

My thought was, with this new topic of artificial intelligence in our conversation, werent we looking at it backwards?

What if it isnt artificial persons we ought to worrry about and fret  over. We are

talking about ourselves.

We are the robots. We are also the masters. Or the potential masters...

We are the artificial intelligence AND the real human evolutionary intelligence as it stands. The two are dirempted

v. t. separated by force; torn apart

Time to mend it.

In theologydivine providence, or just providence, is God's intervention in the world. The term "Divine Providence" (usually capitalized) is also used as a title of God. A distinction is usually made between "general providence", which refers to God's continuous upholding the existence and natural order of theuniverse, and "special providence", which refers to God's extraordinary intervention in the life of people.[1] Miracles generally fall in the latter category.[2]

divine Providence is a book published by Emanuel Swedenborg in 1764 which describes his systematic theology regarding providence, free will, theodicy, and other related topics. Both meanings of providence are applicable in Swedenborg's theology, in that providence encompasses understanding, intent and action. Divine providence relative to man is 'foresight', and relative to the Lord is 'providence'.[9] Swedenborg proposes that one law of divine providence is that man should act from freedom according to reason, and that man is regenerated according to the faculties of rationality and liberty.[10]
