This recent President-elect is a louse.

I know that is other louses.

I say that because he is stupid.

“Art of the Deal”?  Ghost written. Can’t even write his own book about what he does/doesn’t do.

Way too stupid.

Can’t finish sentences when he speaks.

Way too stupid.

Can’t tell the truth to save his soul.

Way too stupid.

Some people think it’s not PC to use a term like stupid. It’s demeaning to people who have not been blessed at birth with certain qualities, e.g., the ability to learn, or retain information and such.

That’s true I believe if it’s one of them one is speaking about when using the term. I’m not.

To me, ignorance is the absence of information and exposure to it. Stupidity is exposure without belief.

He won’t do intelligence briefings.

He falsely equates his ignorance with superior understanding.

That is willfully stupid, unabashedly disrespectful to even those who voted for him and ultimately one of the greatest omens of his ineptitude that has occurred.

This isn’t a peaceful planet. I simply do not understand.

He is the standard bearer for the most despicable and deplorable notions of white people who need someone to tell them they are not as stupid as it gets when they actually are. People who say they had to overlook it to get his superior business acumen in the White House puzzle me even more.

Recently I saw this :

I’m certain that the President discussed in the link was jerk in a million ways. He’s not my hero. I am merely pointing out that what went wrong which was the same thing that went right is not new. The racial aspect of his being, denied by many is pure bullshit.

A competent arm twister will put you in pain, smile and bring you in close. Your arm will be bent so far up behind your back that the slightest additional twist will make it crack loudly.

A competent arm twister will then experience you confidently tell them that you are grateful for the care and concern you have shown for not breaking their arm. They will believe it when they say it.

This man, I spit the term out, will not achieve greatness in office in any fashion. He will not be thanked. I think he may be run out on a rail before long, for malfeasance, ineptitude and collusion with those who mean us no good.

Which will bring Pastor Pence forward.

Which is way too stupid to believe.

That’s the upside.

Read not so much liked... I think we should call a moratorium on posts about Trump for the next four years.  But hey that's just me.

The advantage to Pence is that he at least operates within the traditional confines of governments of the time. He understands how government administration works and what is generally not accepted in that field, like blatant conflicts of interest. He would make an awful President, but he would bear at least a loose resemblance to some kind of President. Trump won't. Trump will literally commit perjury while taking the oath of office because he has no intention of protecting and defending the Constitution.

We can't call a moratorium. That would firstly be irresponsible and secondly there's too much to go between now and inauguration.

How does it go?

...grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

Courage to change the things I can,

And wisdom to know the difference...

My moratorium consists of not writing or speaking his name.

But I will be damned to an eternal fire before I will accept anybody, anytime, anywhere telling me I need to accept it because I cannot personally change it.

I don't need any 12-step bullshit to guide me.

Vanity Fair has pretty droll review of his cheesy "trump grille" or "grill" depending on which napkin or menu you are handed when you enter.  the tone of it is a bit elitist but I still think it's funny and even truthful particularly because there's a quote in it that I think hits one nail on the head:

_______ is “a poor person’s idea of a rich person,” Fran Lebowitz recently observed at The Vanity Fair New Establishment Summit.

Part of his appeal was and is because he seems quite accessible.  Dumb - I don't know and I think underestimating him could be dangerous.  It certainly proved to be this election.

The man is very shrewd and seems to know who he is, which in itself can be an enormous asset.  Most people don't have a clue who they are and what they bring to the table.  I think he does and he's very self aware.  These are strengths of character...that and that he can create a forceful personna that is apart from himself, another quality he appears to possess.  According to those who know him, he's not nearly the bulldozer he seems to be publicly.

I HATE the way he speaks, but I watched those rallys and for the people there, he was like a drink of water in the desert.  No one has spoken to them IN THEIR LANGUAGE in a long time.  that's something to think about.

"The man is very shrewd and seems to know who he is, which in itself can be an enormous asset. "
To him it's an asset. Not to Americans, not to the world, not to any of the women who are spoken of as parts.
Quite frankly, if one does not know who they are at his age then they need to carry better I.D.

I can't believe ANYONE would dare say that Pence would be any sort of an improvement over Trump.  WTF is the matter with you, KS?

Trump might possibly be the worst President of all times, but he would still be better than Pence, FFS!

As for your "at least operates within the traditional confines of governments" BS, "at least" Trump hasn't had a whole bunch of his orders overturned and/or declared to be unconstitutional.

Ever saying that is so damn bizarre and detached from reality that I have to believe that there is another agenda involved...

...could it be that Pence, by his own statements and admissions, is even more of a supporter of Israel atrocities then Trump's Likud loving choice for Israel Ambassador?  (...not to mention that the far right publisher of the Jerusalem Post said Pence is “one of the best friends the State of Israel and the Jewish people have ever had.”)

Pense is scary bad, and I don't care how weird or off the wall or incalculable trump is - at least he's loud and we know where he is and what he's up to.

Pense and his ilk are murderous to women, in particular.  they will legislate to control our bodies back to the stone age.

do not underestimate pense and overestimate trump.  trump is what he is which is a populist and he's shrewd - he just wants to make even more of a shitload of money.  he doesn't want to make fundamentalist christianity mandatory.

trump is not the idiot many appear to think he is - as moronic as he sounds - I don't believe he'll be run out on a rail by anyone - I'm willing to put hard cash on that.

I think pense though is true evil, so holy and good butter wouldn't melt in his mouth, such a gentleman, so handsome and quiet and smooth, so innocuous and easy to swallow.

Pastor Pence is an abomination.
I agree. Bigly.

I said that. At least you didn't suggest a 12-step program for me.
So "please" back.

Oh...and thank you for further clarification :-)
