You will never be rich until , rich in heart

Never be blind to the voice that reaches out to you,

Respect the treasures in life,

Time to let grudges go and wash away all ignorance,

Let someone know that you care, for it is too late after they are gone, spiritually, physically and emotionally,

When you are sober and with a clear head.

You can see life for its value and worth, and people for who they really are and not for who they portray or pretend to be

It can be both beautiful, and frightning

that would be nice but humans are a tough species.  Id love to think we could find our better selves but then we'd further proliferate and there'd be too too too many of us and we'd have to fight for land, which we do anyway.  we are not nice.

I don't mean to be glib but this is a tough topic.  The answer is the golden rule: "do unto others".  Do we do unto others?  Sometimes, most of the time, maybe not often enough - maybe never.  There are as many answers as there are people, countries, cultures.

Kindness isn't always practiced.  But decency towards one's fellows, struggling to be fair, maybe to be somewhat empathetic or simply listening.  I wish everyone thought as you do, but if you think about it, it's a lot to ask.  There are good people who want nothing more than to bash in skulls because they've had theirs bashed in.

So I think it's a lot to try to be decent, try not to take our shit out on others.

Perhaps poetry is the answer.
