Yes, and Trump is being very wishy washy because he doesn't want to offend his "base!" Did you know Al Qaeda means "the base" in Arabic?

Trump's basely not offending his base. As far as Arabic is concerned, not necessarily parallel. Allahu Akhbar could really best be translated as Praise the Lord.

Dicky is right from my knowledge base -  Al Qaeda was a generic name for the base of soldiers from various tribes that committed to NOT fight amongst themselves while pursuing the Soviets in Afghanistan. A loosely affiliated umbrella organization that channeled limited funds and weapons to those who committed soldiers to follow Osama Bin Laden for this purpose.

Kosher makes an interesting Pont about Trump not offending his base.  I had to think about that for a moment.
