It was time to get our daughter to school. She was about 8 years old and her dad was going to drive her to the school that morning. Her twin brothers where at middle school already. Sitting on the couch I was brushing her hair and putting in a ribbon. Her dad was patiently waiting. The television was on as it normally was to the morning news show in New York.
