July is not over yet. There's a full moon tonight, and there was one on the first of July also.
My turn to Mamaw sit. We've been going in shifts.
Tonight's reading selection is Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith. About one chapter…Continue
Space Probe Philae Finds Organic Molecules on Comet: The European Space Agency's probe Philae may be struggling to stay in touch, but still managed to find something very special - several organic molecules - including four never detected before on a comet, which are important building blocks of life. In addition, the space agency vehemently denied rumors that the Philae probe may have also found debris from flight MH370.…Continue
Conscious Connecting this evening with Delia Yeager was fabulous. Clear, concise information. I will be back

This is a preview of a 'Passionate Justice' segment to be aired on Saturday, 1 August and on Wednesday, 5 August, 3pm EDT on OUR SALON RADIO.
As an early "Undecided Woman" - I was thinking - could a woman not vote for Hillary & never carry around any guilt if she loses?
So, like all my conundrums; I gave it to a List:
Hanging in the lobby of the place I once worked was an excerpt from the speech Winston Churchill gave to the students at the Harrow School in October 1941:
"Never give in
Never, never, never, never…
Study Finds Cool High School Kids Don’t Fare Well: A 10-year study published in Business Insider found that many of the kids who were considered “cool” in high school ended up abusing alcohol and drugs, having trouble maintaining a steady, healthy relationship and often having…Continue
According to the extensive medical research I did last night, schizophrenia is a random disease hitting across social classes and countries. Developmental factors that contribute to schizophrenia are poor nutrition, sleep deprivation, and substance abuse.
My wife said that schizophrenia was contagious in that if you live with a schizophrenia, supposedly you become schizophrenic yourself. Sounded plausible to me, but the literature says it ain't so.
In any event,…
okay everybody, this is terri's update:

One lesson, at least, shines clear out the gloom: the futility of simplistic solutions. Despite our natural shrinking, we must recognize that the Great War is a normal phase in human evolution. Europe's [and America's] agony is the inevitable travail of…Continue
Trump Cruz and Meadows the Growing Revolution on Capitol Hill
Ted Cruz said it best when speaking of the failure of the GOP to confront and defeat the president on almost every issue since Republicans took record seats in the…
Yes, character of a president has always meant something, just not these days.
In a poorly veiled attempt at humor the Obama White House inadvertently revealed just where the true priorities of his administration lie. While openly declaring that a third term as POTUS would be unconstitutional, Barak Obama nonetheless asserted…Continue
You might say that the verb tense of choice for a natural braggart like Donald Trump is Present Perfect Continuous. To Trump, everything about him is “great” or “biggest” or “most.” Thus in a recent Twitter post Trump tweeted: “We engender some great love... I have the biggest crowds of anybody by far and I have the biggest standing ovations.”…Continue
Just when you thought it was safe to dip one’s toe back in blogging waters, the extended family (EFM) member I mentioned in Monday’s post struck again. It seems in the 30 minutes the hubby and I were on the phone with him, EFM neglected to mention their vehicle was going to be turned off if they didn’t pay a couple hundred dollars to the rental company. Don’t pay? Remote shut off. Gotta love technology. And I imagine it’s cheaper than sending out folks to repossess the vehicle. Ever notice…Continue
