When I was a youngster I was taught to be trustworthy as a matter of my upbringing...
The Boy Scout Law has twelve components. First and foremost among them is that : "A Scout is Trustworthy....."
When, as Boy Scouts, we learned/memorized the essential tenets of "Scouting" we didn’t ask: "Trustworthy to do what?"

When the framers of the U.S. Constitution met in 1787 they were tasked with rewriting the Articles of Confederation which suffered from inadequate provision for a central government.
As they wrote the portion of the constitution which separated the powers of the three branches of government it was necessary to construct a system of checks and balances that kept branch in some way dependent on the other branches while empowering that branch to be effective.
So, the Judicial…Continue

when I'm in the studio I like to listen jazzradio.fr. they play music I haven't heard in years like sammy davis jr who lately blows me away like crazy, plus music I've never heard before - like this one (below) by Paolo Conte.
As an aside, there's a cut they play sometimes of "Take Me to the River" not exactly the al green version - the singer is white - you know the type of stylist, she uses an anemic…

Edwin Hawkin's "Oh Happy Day" is a stellar example of great gospel - unbridled vocals, spiraling exaltations and shouting and ultimately what you are in the presence of is magnificence and rejoicing. I wish I had that faith because if I did, this is exactly where I'd be - singing in a choir.…Continue
