I live in Missoula Montana and have three rescue dogs, and continue to save senior rescues. They are my passion. In 1999 I had a Golden Retriever named Indy whom I had agreed to take from my brother. He lived in San Francisco and was studying at USF and couldn't keep her. I got her in 1991 and kept her until her death in 1999. The day after I learned she had terminal cancer a neighbor Golden had puppies and I got Kitty as a pup. She was mine until 2013 when she died of old age. I then decided I would dedicate the remainder of my life to rescuing dogs from local shelters. I have done so ever since, having rescued five so far. Three are currently with me, and I am proud to help them. It is my aim to retire, perhaps to California. And maybe even to the Sonoma area where I can continue to rescue dogs.
